Certified Medical Assistants are preferred, but we are willing to train experienced CNAs who are fast learners and eager to grow into the MA role. This role requires someone who can remain composed and efficient while managing a high volume of patients, maintain accuracy in patient documentation, and consistently provide excellent care and communication. Schedule: Mandatory Every Other Weekend ( Saturday and Sunday) Weekday Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Rotating Weekly Schedule: Week 1: 3 days Week 2: 4 days (Enjoy a built-in work-life balance with long shifts and rotating days off.) Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour, depending on experience and certification level. Key Responsibilities: Take and record accurate vital signs Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures Administer vaccines and document appropriately Collect patient history and update EMR systems thoroughly Upload and maintain accurate patient records Stock exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace Perform front office tasks as needed (cross-training required) Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality Demonstrate professionalism and patience at all times Prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting Monitor and respond to patient needs promptly and courteously Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff Qualifications: Preferred: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or trained (MA) Acceptable: CNA with strong interest in cross-training as MA (training provided) Prior experience in a fast-paced medical or urgent care setting is a plus EMR/EHR experience strongly preferred Must be a quick learner with excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service Willingness to cross-train and support both clinical and front desk duties Why Join Us?
