Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:This role involves building, designing, and testing best-in-class software solutions, with a primary focus on .NET Core and Angular. The Senior .NET Full Stack Developer will perform business and software analysis, coordinate initiatives, and support enterprise systems to ensure they remain cutting-edge. A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining data synchronization solutions using an event-driven model, leveraging technologies like Kafka for real-time data streaming.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain data synchronization solutions utilizing .NET Core and C.Implement event-driven models to optimize data synchronization processes.Utilize Kafka for efficient real-time data streaming and processing.Design, implement, and manage queues and topics to ensure seamless data flow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data synchronization requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data synchronization and messaging systems.Develop new software that is fast, secure, and reliable, and contribute to the modification and improvement of existing software.Monitor, identify, and correct moderately complex software defects.Research and suggest ways to optimize solutions to better meet user, business, performance, and quality needs.Maintain a software roadmap to prioritize development in line with business requirements.Find root cause and resolution for faults to address issues promptly.Support the collection of functional requirements using document and workflow analysis.Design database resources and provide physical modeling and design services for optimum performance.Work within an established program management plan to achieve specific goals.Engage in ongoing learning and development to maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.Required Skills:Proven experience (8-10 years) with .NET Core and Cdevelopment.Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and design patterns.Proficiency in implementing solutions using Kafka.In-depth knowledge of queue and topic systems for effective data flow.Experience with Angular 13+ and Core .NET Technologies.Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure SQL Server.Working knowledge of RabbitMQ for async processing and MassTransit (messaging abstraction).Experience with AgGrid (licensed UI grid).Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize synchronization processes.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Working experience in Angular, Angular Material, and unit test case writing in Jasmine Karma.Qualifications:8-10 years of relevant experience.
