The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with communication disorders, language delays, and swallowing difficulties. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapy sessions, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to support a child's developmental needs. This is a home visiting program and not a clinical setting.QualificationsProficiency in Speech Therapy and treating Speech-related challengesExpertise in addressing Communication and Language DisordersExperience working with individuals experiencing DysphagiaStrong ability to create and implement dynamic treatment plansValid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of TexasExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teamsMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
