General Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC)

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mechanical, electrical, and HVAC construction and service company. Responsibilities: Oversee the overall management of the business, including estimates, proposals, sales, and budgets. Ensure all products, services, and presentation meet our customers needs. Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing training and coaching to improve performance and job satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste. Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring labor hours are aligned with sales trends and customer demand. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service. Interview and hire new staff members, ensuring that the team is well-rounded and equipped to meet customer needs. Manage and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that all are in good working order. Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and healthy work environment. Skills: Experience in the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
