Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – PediatricsFull-Time | Inpatient / Outpatient | On-Campus Hospital Setting (Orange, CA)Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our client's team in a dynamic, hospital-based setting. The role is primarily inpatient, with some outpatient pediatric responsibilities. All services are provided on campus, offering a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment. There is also an opportunity for this individual to step into a Lead Speech Language Pathologist role, supporting clinical leadership and team collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to pediatric patients in an inpatient setting, with some outpatient coverageCollaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams on campusDemonstrate professionalism, maturity, and strong communication in patient care and team interactionsSupport clinical operations and serve as a clinical leader among speech therapy staffParticipate in Saturday on-call rotation as needed (PRNs are utilized first; overtime or comp time provided)Schedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time, on-site position8-hour shifts, Monday–FridaySaturday on-call rotation required (overtime or make-up hours available)Hospital-based role with all services located on campusRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of clinical experiencePediatric experience required (inpatient pediatrics preferred, but not required)Licensed or license-eligible Speech Language PathologistPreferred Background (any of the following):Inpatient pediatric experienceInpatient adult experience combined with outpatient pediatricsOutpatient pediatrics with exposure to medical or hospital-based settingsSwallowing experienceBilingual skillsWhy Join Us?Immediate hiring need with strong organizational supportOpportunity to grow into a Lead SLP roleCollaborative rehab team with proven success onboarding therapists from varied backgroundsStable, on-campus hospital environment with consistent scheduling
