Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service & E-Commerce Operations Associate at BELLE. The role involves tasks related to customer support, satisfaction, phone etiquette, service, and experience.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, or other communication channels in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Address questions about products, orders, and brand-related concerns.Returns & Exchanges: Manage and process returns and exchanges, ensuring customers receive the proper support throughout the process.Fulfillment Logistics: Oversee fulfillment logistics, coordinating with shipping partners to track orders and troubleshoot any delays or issues.E-Commerce Management: Assist with maintaining our e-commerce platform, including managing order flow, product listings, inventory updates, and other operational tasks.Operations Support: Assist the operations team with various tasks related to inventory, logistics, and improving customer experience.Qualifications:Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or logistics preferred.Strong communication skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with Shopify, Loop, or similar e-commerce softwares is a plus.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work as an independent contractor.A passion for fashion and providing excellent customer experiences is a plus!What We Offer:Fully remote position with flexible morning hours.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to grow with the company and contribute to various areas of the business.
