The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).

Responsibilities:
Kearney & Company is seeking a Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) SME to join the team! The successful candidate will join a cross-functional team that supports PPBE Reform Commission Report implementation. Responsibilities include data gathering and consolidation, cross-organization coordination, and strategic communications.
Responsibilities:
Manage task/project plan: prioritize activities, meet established deadlines, work closely with the client and contractor team, seek out and provide value-added services
Drive improvements to achieve engagement goals
Work closely with the client and contract team and serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for Kearney
Evaluate PPBE processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions
Identify and implement PPBE data quality improvements
Author and review system use cases and implementation of training material
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Willing to work onsite at the Pentagon daily
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to include publishing reports using Word, working on formulas and pivot tables in Excel, developing PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, and utilizing SharePoint
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have the ability to quickly understand both business and technical concepts
Excellent writing skills and ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods
Must also have outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across DoD
Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers on ad hoc requests
Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
Must possess a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Military Department Headquarters PPBE experience with concentration on Program and Budget or Requirements Management
Knowledge of Comptroller Information System (CIS) and Next Generation Resource Management System (NGRMS)
Experience using Advancing Analytics (ADVANA) and other state-of-the-art software analytics
Proficiency with M365 tools such as SharePoint, Lists, and Power BI
Proficiency with multi-media development applications
Relevant Component(s) experience
Relevant Federal Agency(ies) experience with OMB and/or Congressional experience highly preferred
DoD experience is highly desirable
