Maintains imaging quality standards while adhering to established procedures and regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Perform radiology procedures accurately and in a timely manner following exam protocolsMonitor and manage radiation dose levels, taking appropriate action when limits are exceededCommunicate effectively with patients using AIDET to confirm identity, explain procedures, and ensure comfortPrepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures, including proper positioning and setupFollow all safety, infection control, and radiation protection protocolsMaintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and work areasCollaborate with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal equipment performanceReport equipment or operational issues to appropriate teamsAssist with inventory and supply managementKey Skills & Qualifications:Ability to perform imaging procedures independently with high accuracyStrong patient communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsKnowledge of safety standards, emergency procedures, and first aidCommitment to patient satisfaction and quality careAbility to train and mentor new team membersExperience working with patients across all age groups (newborn to geriatric)Requirements:ARRT-R (Radiography) certification requiredNew graduates are welcome to applyCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)$5,000 relocation assistance (negotiable)About Pyramid ConsultingSupercharge your career with Pyramid Consulting. We are dedicated to accelerating growth, creating opportunities, and fostering an environment built on belonging, trust, and mutual respect.
