HVAC Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager Driving revenue and conversion for the divisionActing as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processesHiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etcMeeting with sales management team weekly to present reports Qualifications: Requirements5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.College degree in a technical field or building science is preferredGoal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environmentMust have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environmentStrong presentation and customer service skillsMust have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team memberStrong relationship management skills with employees and customersStrong negotiation skillsAbility to meet sales quotas and deadlinesComputer literacy and familiarity with the internetAbility to pass criminal background check, drug screen and MVR check (in accordance with the Colorado Chance to Compete Act). If you are interested in joining our team, please apply today!  Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
