We bring a reliable, experienced approach to every project, supporting clients across the Telco, MSO, and pure-play fiber sectors.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee multiple contract partners and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) construction projects. We’re looking for a motivated leader who can manage fast-moving, large-scale builds from start to finish with minimal oversight. This role requires 100% travel, and all travel expenses are paid.What You’ll DoOversee daily field operations, quality control, productivity, and contractor safetyEnsure work is completed within permitting requirementsTrack and report all project activity, including licenses and permits when neededMonitor client material usage and prepare for monthly auditsOrder and track small parts while coordinating with vendors for best pricingEnsure maps are walked out and approved before construction beginsTrack make-ready and underground locates to keep projects movingProvide daily updates to clients on progress and field obstaclesEnsure street sheets, redlines, as-builts, and invoices are accurate and submitted on timeWhat We’re Looking ForValid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR qualifications2–3 years of cable or related industry experience requiredBeing local to Marquette, Michigan, is preferred.Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screenLegal authorization to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredBenefitsWeekly pay via direct deposit every FridayMedical, Dental, Life, and Disability insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) retirement savings planUniforms, safety gear, and specialty tools providedJoin Lighthouse Technologies and help lead the future of fiber construction!
