There are an average of 15-20 patients per shift and 22 beds in the department. A general cardiologist is needed for full-time clinic coverage Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; specific start dates depend on credentialing. The provider will see approximately 15 to 20 patients per day, with flexibility on the maximum, and will care for adult patients aged 18 and older. Charting is completed in Athena, with hospital documentation in Cliniview and MedHost, and charge capture via Ingenious Med. The team includes five CMAs, two NPs, two patient care coordinators, and five front desk staff. Hospital rounding is required on assigned weeks, covering both ICU and general beds, with reading of walk-in EKGs and hospital ECHOs. Clinical privileges require completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited fellowship in cardiovascular disease and current certification or active participation in the examination process for subspecialty certification in cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, with specific requested privileges contingent upon proof of competency and certain volume requirements.White-glove licensing and credentialing assistanceRf: 57765
