Overview
We are hiring an Industrial Engineer – Operational Excellence to drive Lean transformation, process improvement, and safety performance across a multi-site operation.

Compensation
$85,000 – $95,000 + performance incentives

Responsibilities
Process Improvement
Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
Develop labor standards, layouts, and process documentation
Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Lean & Continuous Improvement
Lead Kaizen events, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives
Drive standardization and process optimization
Train teams on Lean tools and best practices
Safety
Perform hazard assessments and ergonomic evaluations
Support job safety analyses (JSA) and root cause investigations
Improve safety systems, layouts, and visual controls
Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
Support performance improvement across multiple sites
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean / Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments
Preferred Skills
Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability
Time studies and workflow optimization experience
Advanced Excel and process mapping tools
Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Environment
Manufacturing and warehouse environments
Exposure to production floors, forklifts, and outdoor conditions
Travel required (50–75%)
