The successful candidate will be responsible for driving FRM requirements for firmwide and FRM data initiatives, including global data quality programs, lineage, and architecture. This role demands the ability to engage with a wide range of senior internal and external stakeholders to develop business solutions for firmwide data-related initiatives. The candidate should be adept at influencing and coordinating among IT, data, and risk perspectives to ensure the development of FRM solutions, and must have extensive experience in data quality governance, IT systems, and risk and finance processes. Additionally, the role involves leading a team to oversee the implementation of FRM and other division's initiatives in line with FRM expectations and engaging with senior leaders, auditors, and regulators to provide insights into risk data strategy. Applicants for this role at the company should have an undergraduate degree or above, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT business analysis, IT engineering, and/or data governance, preferably within a financial institution's risk and compliance function. A proven track record in managing and delivering change initiatives that impact data governance, processes, and organization is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving business requirements in technology initiatives, strong leadership and influencing skills, and a good understanding of process control, monitoring mechanisms, and operational risk in the financial services industry. A strong grasp of financial risk management concepts and financial products, as well as excellent decision-making skills with attention to detail, are also required.
