Job DescriptionOversee full project lifecycle for commercial construction projects ($1M-$10M). Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation. Lead and support project teams, including superintendents and subcontractors. Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal partners. Review plans, specifications, and scopes to ensure alignment and quality. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track. Ensure safety, compliance, and best-in-class construction standards. Utilize Procore for project management, reporting, and documentation.
