## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team With 2-5 years of experienc. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts in a professional kitchen setting. ## Duties - Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items such as bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries - Decorate cakes and pastries according to established designs or creative direction - Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are visually appealing - Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed ## Requirements - Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant setting is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and other tools - Strong attention to detail and precision in cake decorating and pastry work - Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients and fulfilling special orders - Familiarity with catering operations is a plus - Basic knife skills for ingredient preparation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Experience: Baker: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English and some Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: Clovis, CA 93612 (Required) Work Location: In person
