MIT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a MIT Systems Engineer to join their team in the IT Support Department. Key Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite escalation technical support for Managed IT clients Respond to support requests escalated by the Service Desk Engineers Troubleshoot according to best practices and standard operating procedures Required Qualifications Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server administration Knowledge of Azure infrastructure design and administration Strong understanding of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting Proficiency with standard software suites such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Willingness to mentor team members and pursue ongoing training and certifications
