The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to our basketball operations. We promise unrivaled access to real, fast-paced sports & entertainment agency experiences. Our interns will walk away with comprehensive knowledge and experience in basketball agency operations. Likewise, our interns will be completing WORK THAT MATTERS. This is NOT a mailroom position. What You Bring To The TeamAnalytical skills and operations ManagementAdvanced written and verbal communication skills In-depth knowledge of the NBA landscapeCursory knowledge of the NBA salary capStrong basketball statistical knowledge and insight Ability to work well in a team environmentimpeccable attention to detailA general grasp of Microsoft PowerPoint & ExcelExperience in sports management or related fields is a plusAbility to work well in a team environmentWillingness to learn and LEARN FROM MISTAKES! Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field (or working toward that degree) What Your Day May Look Like Reporting directly and daily to the COO and President of Basketball OperationsCrafting, in tandem with our creative team, real recruiting presentations- which will be used in high-stakes potential client meetingsDaily updating our proprietary "Team Fits" Excel spreadsheet and complimentary PPTInvolvement in weekly recruiting meetingsManagement of our proprietary recruiting pipeline through Clickup software Salary & Workload DisclaimerThis is an UNPAID position. We may be able to offer college credit depending on the respective institution. Bonuses may be offered. There is no guarantee of a full-time role following the internship's cycle. However, interns will automatically be considered candidates and receive an interview for our upcoming full-time positions.
