Ecommerce Operations Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Manager to help drive growth across our portfolio of Shopify-powered websites. In this role, you’ll focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), execution of on-site promotions, regulatory compliance oversight, and data analysis using Excel. You’ll generate ideas, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and take ownership of improving digital performance through continuous testing, analysis, and execution.
Responsibilities:
Identify, propose, and oversee CRO initiatives across multiple Shopify storefronts
Plan and execute on-site promotions across brands, coordinating with internal teams
Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis, product visibility, and conversion strategy
Analyze performance data in Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement
Manage Shopify apps and integrations to support conversion and functionality goals
Ensure all site content and promotions meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with UX/UI, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to drive and implement initiatives that increase online engagement
Maintain strong documentation and tracking of promotional and optimization activities
Monitor conversion metrics and propose actionable strategies for improvement
Provide regular reporting and insight to support digital growth targets
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in eCommerce, with strong exposure to CRO work
Experience using AI tools or platforms to support marketing, analysis, or CRO strategies
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
In-depth understanding of Shopify and its app ecosystem
Experience planning and managing multi-site or multi-brand promotional calendars
Familiarity with legal and regulatory considerations for digital commerce
Financial awareness — ability to understand and impact KPIs related to revenue and ROI
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
