Project Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who wants hands‑on exposure to both project management and field operations while learning from experienced industry professionals.As a Project Engineer, you will support all phases of construction—from pre‑construction coordination to project closeout—by organizing information, tracking progress, and ensuring communication flows smoothly between teams. You’ll work closely with internal staff, subcontractors, and owner representatives to keep projects moving forward, on schedule, and with high quality standards.What You’ll DoDevelop a strong working knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project scopeMaintain and update contract document logs to ensure accuracy and complianceProcess, track, and distribute submittals and RFIs in a timely mannerAttend project meetings and prepare clear meeting minutes, instructions, and action itemsSupport schedule tracking and help ensure planned deadlines are metAssist with coordination of materials, equipment, quality requirements, safety initiatives, and project closeout activitiesProactively learn customer goals and look for ways to add value throughout the project lifecycleBuild and maintain positive working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and ownersDevelop industry relationships and expand your professional networkWhat You BringRequiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related fieldStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skillsPreferred1–3 years of experience in the construction industry (internships or co‑ops count)Familiarity with Primavera P6Working knowledge of Trimble or similar construction technologyWork Environment & GrowthThis role is primarily office‑based with exposure to active job sites and collaboration with diverse project teams.
