The recruiter will work closely with the client's hiring leaders and internal talent teams to drive pipeline generation and accelerate hiring outcomes for critical engineering initiatives.The ideal candidate brings strong experience recruiting modern software engineering talent in fast-paced SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering and cloud infrastructure positionsSource and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreachRecruit for roles including:Software Engineers (.NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular)Cloud Engineers (Azure, AWS, GCP)DevOps / SRE EngineersPlatform & Infrastructure EngineersSecurity & Cybersecurity EngineersQA Automation EngineersTechnical Product & Architecture talentConduct recruiter screenings and technical qualification discussionsPartner directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and technical requirementsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer processes, and pipeline reportingMaintain accurate ATS and recruiting workflow documentationDeliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycleSupport hiring efforts across North America and international regions as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of technical recruiting experience within software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technologyProven experience recruiting modern software engineering talent in SaaS or technology-driven organizationsStrong understanding of technical skillsets including:Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)DevOps and CI/CDSoftware development frameworks and APIsInfrastructure and platform engineeringSecurity and cybersecurity conceptsExperience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search methodologiesAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with ATS platforms and recruiting toolsAbility to operate independently while collaborating with distributed teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software environmentsPrior experience supporting global or multi-region recruiting initiativesExperience recruiting across both permanent and contract hiring modelsExposure to engineering organizations operating within Agile or product-centric environmentsWork Environment & Engagement DetailsHybrid schedule with approximately 1 onsite day per week in the Independence, OhioInitial contract engagement expected to run approximately 2 months with potential extensionTime-and-materials engagement structureKeyfactor will provide access to recruiting systems and internal hiring toolsWelcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
