Here's a Glimpse at What You'll Do:As a Machine Operator (SAW) at Lantech, you will: Operate a horizontal band saw to cut material to specified lengthsUse a drill press to drill and tap holes to designated sizesFollow standardized work instructions to meet safety, quality, and productivity goalsStand for 9-10 hours per shift in a production environmentLift materials weighing up to 50 lbs as neededWork overtime when required to meet production schedules and project deadlines What Are We Looking For? (Requirements)We are looking for someone who: Can accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 inchIs capable of lifting up to 50 lbsIs willing and able to work overtime as neededIs detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentIs willing to train and become certified to operate a Raymond fork truck to move steelIs customer-focused with a strong commitment to meeting production schedulesHas experience operating a band saw and drill press (strongly preferred)Has basic mechanical blueprint reading and interpretation skillsHas a high school diploma or equivalent (vocational or trade school training is a plus)Is legally authorized to work in the U.S. Why You'll Love Working at LantechWe believe great work happens when people feel supported, challenged, and valued.
