Business Development Representative / Sales Development RepresentativeOverviewPrecision Point is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of experience to support outbound pipeline generation and early-stage client engagement.This role is focused on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities while partnering closely with senior sales leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedInIdentify and qualify new business opportunities within target accountsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadsConduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and hiring challengesSchedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives or leadershipMaintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Research industries, companies, and key decision-makers to personalize outreachCollaborate with marketing and leadership on messaging and campaign optimizationQualifications1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales roleProven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and/or pipeline targetsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable with cold outreach and handling rejectionHighly organized with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)Self-starter with a competitive and driven mindset
