1 Role Overview
The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders functional SMEs product owners and technology teams for IT development initiatives across Healthcare Pharma operations The role requires deep understanding of JDE ERP processes Pharma compliance needs healthcare supply chain workflows and BIUI development using Power BI and React
2 Key Responsibilities
A Requirements Analysis
Gather validate and document business requirements for Healthcare Pharma domain processes such as
OrdertoCash O2C ProcuretoPay P2P Inventory Mgmt
DSCSA Serialization Traceability Regulatory workflows
Document requirements and constraints for CSMP (Controlled Substances Monitoring Program), CSPD (Controlled Substances Physical Distribution), reporting, integration, EDI, security, and performance testing.
Conduct detailed gap analysis for enhancements in JDE ERP modules
Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories process flows and use cases
Work closely with JDE functional technical teams to define feasible solutions
B ERP JDE Functional Coordination
Support JDE functional configurations for modules such as
Sales Procurement Inventory Manufacturing Finance as needed
Coordinate UAT planning test script creation execution and defect triage
Work with crossfunctional teams for JDE integrations APIs middleware Mulesoft Tracelink etc
Validate compliance requirements like DSCSA GxP FDA Audit trails
C Power BI Reporting Analytics
Capture reporting needs KPIs compliance metrics and dashboards for healthcare clients
Define data models metrics and visualization requirements
Collaborate with Power BI developers on
Report wireframes data flows semantic models
Selfservice BI adoption strategies
Validate dashboards for accuracy drilldowns filters and performance
D React UI Frontend Interaction
Work with UIUX teams in defining
Screen workflows
Prototypeswireframes
API contracts
Field validations user experience guidelines
Review Reactbased UI deliverables for
Business alignment
Healthcare UX usability
Accessibility compliance
E Stakeholder Management
Act as single point of contact for customer SMEs QA teams architects and development squads
Facilitate workshops walkthroughs sprint ceremonies and requirement refinement sessions
Ensure requirements traceability across SDLC
F Testing Documentation Compliance
Prepare detailed BRDs FSDs SOPs and Validation Documents
Support IQOQPQ documentation as applicable in pharma
Ensure alignment with GxP GDPR HIPAA validation protocols and audit readiness
3 Required Skills Competencies

Strong understanding of Healthcare Pharma supply chain warehouse operations regulatory compliance
Experience with serialization DSCSA track trace inventory movements returns and coldchain workflows

JDE ERP Mandatory Strong exposure to core modules interfaces master data transactional flows
BI Skills Familiarity with Power BI concepts such as

BachelorsMasters in Engineering Computer Science Pharmacy Healthcare or equivalent

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
