We are looking for a highly skilled Developer Tools Engineer to help drive modern software development and DevOps transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developer platforms, CI/CD automation, analytics, and platform engineering.Location: Spring, Texas (On-Site)Type: Long-Term Contract. US Citizen or GC [No Visa sponsorship available for this position]Key Responsibilities:Drive best practices for source code and artifact managementMentor and support development teams on CI/CD and DevOps workflowsBuild integrations and automation across strategic developer platformsDevelop analytics dashboards and visualizations for DevOps insights and adoption metricsEnhance application security posture in collaboration with Cyber Security teamsCreate reusable on-boarding templates, forms, and componentsProvide expert-level platform support and technical guidanceEvaluate and optimize existing platform management processesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or DevOpsStrong experience with GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, or GitLab EnterpriseExpertise in CI/CD, scripting, and automationExperience with Azure & AWS cloud environmentsHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation)Strong data analytics and dashboarding skillsExperience with artifact management tools like jFrog or Sonatype NexusMust have skills: GitHub Enterprise, jFrog and Power BI & Data Analytics
