People Operations Program Manager

Location: Irving, TX (In-office role with hybrid flexibility)
Role Summary The People Operations Program Manager will serve as a key operational partner to the leadership team, helping drive process improvement, cross-functional initiatives, communication, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities Improve People Operations processes by documenting, evaluating, and streamlining workflows and SOPs.
Establish scalable systems that support organizational growth and drive consistency across onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
Manage cross-functional projects including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Facilitate collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HRIS, and People Strategy teams.
Enhance organizational effectiveness through improved communication rhythms, meeting structures, and visibility into priorities.
Identify efficiency opportunities using technology, automation, and AI to strengthen People Team operations.
Support People leadership with coordination, scheduling, meeting preparation, and executive-level administrative tasks.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $80k -- $100k
Discretionary Bonus: 15%
Year One On-Target Earnings: $115k
