REPORTS TO: General ManagerPosition Description:Prepare and maintain high quality baked food products based on standardsPrepare and present food in an appetizing manner, with both taste and appearanceEnsure adequate supply of baked goods and/or materials required in the baking area according to the fluctuations of demand with minimal waste including keeping inventories of all items used in the baking areaMaintain a daily schedule of work to ensure all food is prepared for presentation at the specified time of demandEnsure completion of cleaning duties, temperature, and cleaning logsEnsure all opening duties are completed at the start of each shift (e.g., unlocking refrigerators and freezers upon arrival)Ensure all closing duties are completed at the end of each shift (e.g., turning off all ovens and hot holding units)Provide efficient service while maintaining excellent customer serviceAdhere to BFS and Franchise Policies and Procedures including Health and SafetyAdhere to the BFS Employee HandbookPerform any other duties as assigned by a supervisor or managerFood Handlers Card is required. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Tim Hortons experience is a strong assetMust be able to multi-task, work independently and as a teamMust be reliable, dependable, and trustworthyMust have strong customer service skillsMust be able to work flexible hours and shifts, including days, evenings, and weekendsMust be available for early morning starts as it may be requiredFirst aid certification an assetFood handler's certification an asset Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
