Control Panel Wireman

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Control Panel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and testing control panels for various industrial and commercial applications. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, as well as the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Design and assemble control panels using a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and circuit boards. - Install and connect electrical components, such as wiring, connectors, and circuit breakers. - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, including an ohmmeter and caliper. - Perform surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology (THT) assembly and testing. - Ensure that all work is done in accordance with relevant safety and quality standards. - Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing control panels. - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with control panels and related electrical systems. - Work with other technicians and engineers to develop new control panel designs and improve existing ones. - Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure that control panels meet production requirements. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in control panel technology.
