Overview
As Principal Program Manager, you drive end-to-end programs that connect Frame.io with the Adobe platform. You own the dependency map, surface risks early, and align cross-functional partners to deliver launches. You translate strategic goals into actionable plans and maintain executive-ready communications across teams. You’ll shape governance and operating rhythms to scale with program complexity, delivering measurable impact for the Frame.io–Adobe integration.

Key requirements8–10+ years of program or technical program management experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to understand and manage technical dependencies across systems (APIs, service integrations, data flows, platform architecture)Experience with media, video, and integrating a product into a shared platform ecosystemProven track record of alignment and decisions across multiple organizations including non-direct partnersOutstanding written and verbal communication for leadership, with ability to distill multi-team programsStrong organizational skills balancing strategic and execution-level detailSkilled in change management, risk mitigation, and ambiguity resolution under time pressureProficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard program reporting toolsTrack record of building repeatable program management practicesstrong communicationstakeholder managementrisk managementAPIs and service integrationsplatform architecture discussionsJira and Confluence proficiency
