The ideal candidate will support students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders while collaborating with school staff and families to improve educational outcomes.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goalsConduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and progress evaluationsCollaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in IEP meetings and provide documentation and recommendationsMaintain accurate student records, therapy notes, and compliance documentationMonitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as neededProvide direct and indirect speech-language therapy servicesSupport students with communication strategies for academic and social successEnsure compliance with educational and professional standardsRequirementsMaster's Degree in Speech Language Pathology requiredActive Colorado Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License requiredActive Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification required by start datePrevious school-based or pediatric experience preferredStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAbility to manage caseload effectively and maintain documentationPassion for working with children and supporting educational outcomesFor more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.About Navitas Healthcare, LLCIt is a Joint Commission Certified / WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
