Java Compliance & Governance Developer

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Dallas TX , Peoria IL , Nashville TN - ONSITE Job Title: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based identity governance solutions. The candidate will work on identity lifecycle management, application integrations, and automation using SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow), ensuring secure and compliant access across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Configure identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver JML processes) Develop and manage application integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, and Web Services Configure sources, identity profiles, access profiles, and roles Implement provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request workflows Customize workflows using SailPoint ISC rules (cloud rules) and event triggers Develop and manage IdentityNow transforms for data mapping and correlation Perform access certifications, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting Troubleshoot identity sync, aggregation, and provisioning issues Work with cloud infrastructure and ensure secure deployment practices Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, and web services integration Knowledge of identity lifecycle management (JML) Experience with identity profiles, roles, access profiles, and policies Familiarity with provisioning workflows and event-based triggers Basic scripting knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Beanshell is a plus) Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS architecture Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) (good to have) Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines) Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) SailPoint certifications (IdentityNow Engineer / ISC Certification) For applications and inquiries, contact: hirings@openkyber.com
