My client a well known global end user of SAP are currently looking for a Senior SAP FICO candidate to join the team, ideally they are looking for a minimum of 10 years SAP FICO configuration experience and for someone focused on SAP FI as opposed to CO. They are implementing S4 this year so any hands on S4 would be highly advantageos.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Banking processes, Special Purpose Ledger (SPL), New General Ledger (New GL/NGL), and Fixed Assets (FI-AA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting financial accounting solutions that align with business requirements and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP FICO Implementation & SupportLead and support end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.Configure and customize SAP FICO modules in line with best practices.Banking & Cash ManagementConfigure and support bank accounting processes including:Bank master data and house banksElectronic Bank Statement (EBS) processingAutomatic payment program (APP)Bank reconciliation and cash managementIntegrate banking processes with AP, AR, and Treasury functions.Special Purpose Ledger (SPL)Design and maintain Special Purpose Ledger structures.Configure user-defined ledgers for reporting and statutory requirements.Support reconciliation between SPL and General Ledger.New General Ledger (NGL)Implement and support New GL functionalities including:Segment and profit center reportingEnsure alignment with IFRS/GAAP reporting standards.Fixed Assets (FI-AA)Configure and manage asset accounting processes:Asset acquisitions, transfers, retirements, and depreciationSupport asset capitalization, asset under construction (AuC), and depreciation runs.Ensure integration with General Ledger and Controlling modules.Integration & TestingEnsure seamless integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.Prepare functional specifications for developments (RICEFW objects).Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.Documentation & TrainingDevelop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and SOPs.Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.Strong expertise in:Banking configuration and EBSSpecial Purpose Ledger (SPL)New General Ledger (NGL)Fixed Assets (FI-AA)Good understanding of financial accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Please do not hesitate to apply if this is of interest.J-18808-Ljbffr
