Individual Life Insurance Death Claims Analyst - US HYBRID

Death Claims ProcessorFollows procedures to process death claim transactions by corresponding with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments regarding policies.
Willingness to learn new payment processes and/or other processes within death claims depending on where the need is on any given day.
Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of any policy worked.
Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a timeframe considered suitable by client's financial guidelines.
Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required daily.
Must provide an elite customer service experience via letters or phone calls made internally or externally.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
Mandatory QualificationsHigh School Diploma as minimum degree (will be required to provide).
Candidate would need to be in a 25 miles radius from any of our DXC offices listed below and commute up to two days a week.
2 minimum years of individual life insurance experience is mandatory.
2 minimum years of death claims full cycle processing experience is mandatory.
Working knowledge of life insurance products and applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Microsoft Office and MS Teams work experience.
Great typing and documenting skills.
Empathy, sensibility and high sense or touch are necessary for the type of support we provide to our customers.
Inbound/outbound customer service experience, communication skills and phone etiquette are required.
Great ability to multitask between clients applications and DXC systems.
Work Environment:Laptop, docking station, monitors, headset will be provided.
Schedule: Monday Friday, business hours are 7:30am to 6pm CST.
This position may require commuting up to 2 days per week to a DXC office.
