Landscape Maintenance Lead

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and maintaining outdoor spaces. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of landscaping projects and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor environments. Duties: Have a minimum 2 years’ experience. Ability to perform duties safely. Run a small crew of one or two persons. Train laborers on equipment, have the knowledge to handle and properly use all equipment safely. Will engage in hands on Maintenance. Will oversee documenting when fertilizer/herbicides have been applied. Must have good leadership and communication skills. Have good time management skills to keep yourself and your crew on task and not falling behind. Must know how to follow a schedule and go to a site and figure out what is most important and how to do the work efficiently.
