Our commitment to customer satisfaction and efficiency sets us apart in the wholesale industry.About the RoleThis role focuses on the creation and execution of marketing content and materials across digital, print, and events.You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to bring ideas to life—producing high-quality creative assets, supporting campaigns, and helping maintain a strong, consistent brand across all channels.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys building, creating, and seeing their work used in real business applications.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & ProductionSupport the creation of marketing assets across digital, print, and eventsDesign materials such as ads, signage, sales collateral, and branded contentHelp maintain brand consistency across all deliverablesAssist in managing timelines and project deliverablesVideo & Content CreationAssist our production crew with video production, including planning, editing, and final deliveryCreate content for campaigns, vendor features, and event recapsHelp organize and maintain a content libraryDigital Marketing ExecutionSupport email campaigns and social media publishingCreate platform-specific content and basic copyMonitor basic performance and assist with improvementsEvents & Brand ExecutionAssist with event planning, setup, materials, and branding (Expo, sales meetings, etc.)Help produce signage, presentations, and event collateralSupport a polished, professional event experienceVendor Marketing SupportAssist with marketing deliverables tied to vendor programsAssist with tracking of campaigns, assets, and deliverables in ExcelCoordinate internally to ensure deadlines are metWhat We’re Looking ForExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Adobe Express and Premiere Pro)Strong design sense and attention to detailA portfolio that shows original work, not templates (school, freelance, or professional)Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projectsExcel skills (sorting, filtering, vlookups, etc.)Strong communication skills and willingness to learnComfortable working in a team and taking directionNice to Have (Not Required)Photography and/or videography experienceMarketing, design, or related 4-year degreeWhy This RoleHands-on experience across real campaigns, events, and brand executionOpportunity to build a strong portfolio quicklyExposure to video production, vendor marketing, and large-scale eventsRoom to grow within a fast-moving, expanding companyCompensation$50,000 – $60,000 based on experienceWork Schedule, Travel & FlexibilityThis position typically follows a schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.Occasional after-hours support may be required for company events (generally 2–3 times per year).The role includes one annual out-of-town trip (approximately four days) to Myrtle Beach for a company industry event. Additional travel opportunities to industry conferences or events may be available for employees interested in expanding their industry knowledge.While this position is primarily on-site, occasional remote work may be available for the right candidate depending on experience, responsibilities, and project needs.
