Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as excavation, concrete finishing, framing, roofing, and masonry Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications Manage construction estimating processes by assessing material needs, labor hours, and costs for various phases of the project Perform detailed carpentry work including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and framing as required Execute specialized tasks such as stucco application, plastering, caulking, glass installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration projects Requirements Proven experience in construction site management or hands-on craftsmanship across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing Proficiency with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and blueprint reading skills Ability to operate heavy equipment safely along with familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments Experience with schematics interpretation and fabrication processes for custom projects Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction site operations and ability to enforce compliance among team members Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or project managers Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or specific trades are a plus Drivers license and reliable transportation required Join us in building innovative structures that make a difference!
