Senior Forward Deployed Engineer | Voice AI Startup The role: As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll embed directly with enterprise clients to deliver production-ready voice AI solutions end-to-end. You'll be the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving adoption, shaping the platform through field insights, and becoming a go-to expert on building with voice AI and LLM-powered systems. Key Responsibilities Lead full project delivery using a cutting-edge voice agent platform — from prototyping through to production — communicating progress and risks clearly throughout Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs to clients Develop deep expertise in voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting strategies and best practices Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise, effective updates Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations Requirements 2+ years in a customer‑facing technical role — Solutions Engineering, Technical PM, Customer Success/Support Engineering, or founder experience Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Working knowledge of LLM‑powered systems and their UX implications Proactive risk management and the ability to maintain momentum under pressure Equity provided Location: SF Bay Area Schedule: Full-time, ~70 hrs/week (50 onsite + 20 remote, flexible hours) Location: Redwood City, CA Unlimited meals and snacks Gym, internet, cellphone and commute reimbursement Compensation The base pay range for this role is $180,000 – $250,000 per year + Equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
