The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for scheduling contracted facilities work for our growing number of enterprise retail clients. This individual requires some experience with service requests in a facilities management, call center, insurance, or similar work environment. The core responsibility is coordinating client service requests with Royal's subcontractors and vendors.This is an on-site job, not remote, located in Stilwell, 10 minutes south of Overland Park.High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college is helpful.
