Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Operations
DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations organization in New York. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of data, business strategy, and execution, partnering closely with Sales and Partners teams and regional leadership to drive data-informed decisions across the revenue organization.This is a highly cross-functional, business-facing role that requires strong analytical thinking, clear storytelling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.About The RoleWhat you’ll doOwn and analyze Sales and Partners data across regions, with a strong focus on the US marketBuild and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to monitor business performance and operational processesWrite advanced SQL queries to answer strategic and ad-hoc business questionsDefine and track business KPIs, success metrics, proxies, and targetsIdentify trends, risks, and growth opportunities aligned with company-wide strategyPartner closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders as a trusted thought partnerPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling waySupport ongoing operational and strategic initiatives across the revenue organizationRequirements7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) in a SaaS or high-growth tech companyHigh proficiency in SQL – mustExperience querying data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, MemSQL) – mustHands-on experience with data modeling in BI / analytics tools – an advantageExperience working with Tableau – an advantageStrong analytical mindset with solid business intuitionExcellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skillsCurious, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a strong sense of ownershipmonday.com is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office
