Direct Support Professional

Community Interface Services is seeking compassionate, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. Our mission is to provide individualized, community-based services that support independence, employment, housing, community living, and personal growth. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one with individuals to help them achieve their unique goals. Responsibilities may include: Supporting individuals in developing workplace and employment skills Assisting with independent living and life skills development Facilitating participation in social, recreational, and community activities Helping individuals pursue educational and career opportunities Encouraging community engagement and inclusion Providing person-centered support tailored to individual goals and interests This position serves individuals throughout the South Bay/Chula Vista areas.
