Direct Support Professional
Community Interface Services is seeking compassionate, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. PayGrowth Opportunities
Starting pay: $23–$25 per hour
Opportunity to earn an additional $1/hour increase after completing a performance and professional development program

Our mission is to provide individualized, community-based services that support independence, employment, housing, community living, and personal growth.
What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one with individuals to help them achieve their unique goals. Responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals in developing workplace and employment skills
Assisting with independent living and life skills development
Facilitating participation in social, recreational, and community activities
Helping individuals pursue educational and career opportunities
Encouraging community engagement and inclusion
Providing person-centered support tailored to individual goals and interests
This position serves individuals throughout the South Bay/Chula Vista areas. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours.

Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid California driver's license
Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
Reliable vehicle in safe working condition
Current vehicle insurance
