A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce. Key Responsibilities Assist in the analysis and development of training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes Create course design documents and materials, ensuring 508 compliance and supporting IACET audits Engage in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training courses, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least nine (9) years of relevant experience Experience with Program and Project Management is desired Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes and procedures is desired PMP Certification is desired
