As we continue to grow, we are focused on strengthening and expanding the MICHAEL M brand across retail, digital, and direct-to-consumer channels.The RoleThe Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and executing all marketing initiatives across MICHAEL M. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role based at our corporate office in Burbank. You will work directly with executive leadership, sales, and operations to ensure that every aspect of the brand is executed at a high level. This role is suited for a disciplined, self-sufficient operator who can take projects from concept to execution without reliance on a large internal team.Core ResponsibilitiesBrand Execution & Ownership• Own and execute all marketing initiatives across the brand• Ensure consistency of brand presentation across all channels• Maintain and elevate MICHAEL M’s visual and messaging standardsCreative & Content Management• Oversee creative direction across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives• Coordinate content creation, including photoshoots, video, and social content• Work directly with external creatives, photographers, and agenciesRetail & Wholesale Marketing• Support retail partners with marketing initiatives that drive sell-through• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with wholesale growth• Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen brand presence at the store levelDigital & E-Commerce• Oversee website updates, product launches, and merchandising• Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect brand standards• Manage ongoing improvements to the online customer experienceCampaign & Project Management• Plan and execute campaigns from concept through launch• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination• Ensure projects are completed with speed, precision, and consistencyKey Expectations• Operate with a high level of ownership and accountability• Be both strategic and execution-focused• Work efficiently without reliance on a large internal team• Maintain a strong sense of brand taste and attention to detail• Communicate clearly across teams and with external partnersQualificationsRequired:• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods• Proven ability to manage and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end• Experience working across creative, digital, and retail channels• Strong organizational and project management skills• Ability to work in-office full-time in Burbank, Monday through FridayPreferred:• Jewelry or luxury retail experience• Experience managing photoshoots and content production• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising• Experience working with external agencies and creative partnersCompensationFinal compensation will be determined based on experience and demonstrated capability.Additional Information• Full-time, in-office role• Must be authorized to work in the United States
