This role is responsible for driving sales performance, inventory planning, Open-to-Buy management, merchandising execution, and channel profitability across both digital and wholesale platforms.This position requires a unique blend of ecommerce expertise, wholesale business understanding, inventory planning acumen, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate is both analytical and entrepreneurial, with a strong ecommerce background paired with a solid understanding of wholesale and specialty retail operations within a fast-paced consumer brand environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEcommerce & DTC ManagementManage and optimize the performance of Packed Party’s DTC ecommerce business.Partner with marketing and creative teams to execute product launches, promotions, and merchandising strategies.Monitor ecommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, traffic, sell-through, and inventory performance.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, merchandising, and digital sales growth.Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure inventory accuracy, branded experience, and smooth customer delivery.Boutique Wholesale & Faire ManagementOversee the overall performance and profitability of the boutique wholesale business, including Faire.Manage and support the Specialty Sales Manager, who owns day-to-day retailer relationships and direct sales outreach.Analyze wholesale channel trends, sales performance, and inventory needs to inform growth strategiesDevelop reporting and forecasting tools to support wholesale planning and decision-makingSupport Specialty Sales Markets, including strategic execution planning and in person sales supportInventory Planning & Open-to-BuyOwn Open-to-Buy planning across DTC and wholesale channel.Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, launches, seasonality, and channel demand.Partner with leadership and Account Service teams to manage inventory flow and optimize stock levels.Monitor sell-through and recommend reorder, markdown, or inventory balancing strategies.Build reporting and forecasting tools to support inventory and revenue planning.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with marketing, product development, finance, and leadership teams.Provide regular reporting and insights on channel performance and inventory health.Help develop scalable processes and operational efficiencies as the business grows.Liase between Packed Party and Omni-channel team to optimize Marketplace businessContribute to overall sales and growth strategy across channels.QUALIFICATIONSIdeal candidate would:4+ years of experience in ecommerce, omnichannel commerce, wholesale operations, or inventory planning.Strong background in DTC ecommerce management and analytics.Understanding of specialty retail and wholesale business models, including platforms such as Faire.Experience managing inventory planning and Open-to-Buy processes.Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.Experience integrating AI analysis into daily operations to drive actionable insightsExcellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.An entrepreneurial spirit, skilled at relationship building and not afraid to jump in and make a salePreferred Skills:People management experienceExperience with Shopify and ecommerce analytics platformsExperience in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, or consumer products industries is a plus.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT4 year BA or BS college degreeBUSINESS HOURSHours of operation: Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm; Overnight travel is required as neededPosition location is Dallas or Austin, TX
