DescriptionShakopee Public Schools is searching for a 1.0 FTE Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.Job SummaryProvide instruction and service in gross motor skills in accordance with each student's ability and needs identified on their IEP. Evaluate students for eligibility for DAPE related services. Participate in IEP development related to DAPE needs. Support staff in developing and implementing gross motor accommodations to support students in physical education. Create a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth.
