This role will partner with cross-functional teams to modernize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.This position plays a key role in advancing the organization’s automation strategy, AI adoption, and low-code development initiatives within a secure and governed framework. This role requires US Citizenship due to contract requirements. Job Duties & Responsibilities:Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and DataverseImplement end-to-end workflow automation to streamline internal operations across IT, Finance, Compliance, and OperationsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, PSA/ITSM tools, and third-party SaaS applicationsDevelop and maintain data models, APIs, and system integrationsCreate dashboards and reporting solutions to support leadership visibility and decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsApply governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform usage across the organizationSupport AI-driven initiatives, including Copilot, AI Builder, and intelligent automation workflowsOptimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutionsDocument solutions, standards, and reusable components for broader organizational adoptionRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power PlatformThis role requires US Citizenship due to contract requirements. Proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Cloud Flows and/or RPA)Experience building and managing data models within Dataverse or similar platformsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently engage on camera, actively listen, and accurately comprehend and interpret information. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrationsExperience with SQL and data modeling conceptsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, API integrations)Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integration patternsExperience with identity and access management concepts (Entra ID / Azure AD)Exposure to source control and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)Preferred Qualifications:Experience integrating with PSA or ITSM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise or similar tools)Background in workflow automation for finance, billing, or operational systemsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, CMMC) and secure solution designExperience implementing governance models for Power Platform environmentsExposure to AI and automation technologies, including Copilot Studio and AI BuilderExperience with reporting and analytics automationUnderstanding of enterprise security principles and least-privilege designExperience working within a managed services (MSP) environmentLogically provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, gender identity, sexual orientation, and other protected classes.
