About the Opportunity:The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the execution of complex, cross-team software initiatives, ensuring alignment between product strategy and engineering delivery. This role is critical for driving predictable and high-quality outcomes by managing dependencies, risks, and improving delivery effectiveness. The position requires strong technical expertise and collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to meet organizational goals.3. Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-team initiatives• Define program structure including milestones and phased delivery• Drive accountability and efficient execution across teams• Ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks• Surface risks early and develop mitigation strategies• Maintain visibility into program status, health, and risks• Utilize modern tools including AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation• Establish a single source of truth for program tracking• Collaborate with engineering teams on system architecture and technical feasibility• Translate technical complexity for stakeholders and leadership• Partner with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads on execution• Frame decisions with clear tradeoffs and escalate issues with actionable recommendations• Resolve disagreements quickly to avoid delivery delays• Support planning, roadmap alignment, and release readiness• Coordinate QA, rollout strategies, and operational preparedness• Identify gaps and drive continuous delivery process improvements without excess overhead4. Requirements:• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles• Experience leading large-scale, cross-team technical programs (5+ teams)• Strong technical background in engineering or architecture• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and system design• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and risks• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders• Experience collaborating with engineering leadership and cross-functional teamsDesired:• 12+ years in technical program or engineering leadership roles• Experience leading platform-level or multi-product initiatives• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment• Experience improving delivery frameworks, processes, and tooling• SaaS or enterprise software experience• Experience applying AI tools to enhance delivery outcomes5.
