Sales Representative – Facade Restoration & Waterproofing Business (San Francisco & Entire Bay Area) Established Bay Area contractor specializing in facade restoration, waterproofing, and building envelope systems is seeking a motivated and hungry Sales Representative to help grow our business. We are looking for someone with some construction & related sales experience who is driven to build relationships, generate opportunities, and close projects. Qualifications · Construction or sales experience · Self-motivated and organized · Strong communication and follow-through · Bay Area relationships are a plus · Spanish language skills are a plus Responsibilities · Develop relationships with Property Managers, HOAs, contractors, engineers, and building owners · Generate and manage new project opportunities · Coordinate with estimating and operations teams · Build long-term client relationships and repeat business Compensation & Benefits · Commission-based compensation with strong earning potential · Medical benefits (Kaiser) · Car allowance / mileage reimbursement · Flexible schedule · Strong company reputation and team support · Draw against commission Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
