Transfer Program Manager

Job Description & Skill RequirementsThe Transfer Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end industrial transfer activities from the Phoenix site to Safran network locations. This role ensures seamless execution of transfer programs by overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, operations, and external stakeholders such as Collins and Safran receiving sites, to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budget.The Transfer Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end industrial transfer activities from the Phoenix site to Safran network locations.
