This position is responsible for for the overall personal care services provided by the community staff to the residents of the community.ResponsibilitiesAbility to perform pre-admission assessment of the resident’s functional, cognitive and health status prior to signing an occupancy agreement.Develop and maintain a service plan for each resident. Ability to observe and recommend assessment if resident demonstrates a significant change in health or functional status.Keep all assessments current per state guidelines. Oversees all aspects of clinical care and procedures of the Assisted Living community.Participate in hiring, training, supervising and retaining staff.Participates in on-call rotation with other nurse leadership team members.
