Our client is a Consumer Goods company in the beauty and accessories industry, looking to hire a VP HR. This is a quickly growing entity with great policies/procedures in place, excellent internal resources, and dedicated leadership. This is a fun, dynamic work-place that invests and empowers their people. The new VP HR will report directly in to executive leadership, and be hands-on at all levels within the organization.VP Human Resources (Toluca Lake/Studio City):Must have excellent communication and management skillsMust be open to occasional travelMust have experience in an environment such as manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, OR something similarMust have experience in areas such as performance mgmt, salary review, management training, and moreMust have experience developing/implementing new policies/procedures at all levelsMust have experience with hourly wage employees, and a growing/shrinking staffMust have prior experience with handling workers comp issuesSalary is likely $200k - $230K base + bonus, benefits, PTOThis position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1.
