Program Manager

They leverage deep industry expertise to deliver innovative products and ensure robust program management for their clients.The Role Oversee and manage multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams. Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications. Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments. Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.What You'll Need 5-10 years of experience as an Agile Program Manager. Deep capital markets Brokerage product – Acquisition domain knowledge. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
